Case Study Seismic Performance Evaluation of
Unreinforced Masonry Building

Apr 25th - May 8th on Demand for free

Overview

There are still many unreinforced masonry structures constructed without considering earthquake resistance, and the seismic reinforcement is required for continuous use.

However, it is difficult for engineers to deal with the seismic performance design of unreinforced masonry structures because reasonable standards or procedures have not been introduced yet in many countries.

Masonry structures have been traditionally constructed in many European countries, and as earthquakes frequently occur in many European countries, such as Turkey and Italy, a lot of seismic evaluation and reinforcement of masonry structures are being required.

I would like to introduce the seismic performance design for unreinforced masonry structures in Europe, such as Italy, and this webinar will help to perform the seismic performance design of masonry structures.
